· Early Bird Promotions
- Reservations made 20 days prior : 5% discount off the special homepage rate
- Reservations made 40 days prior : 10% discount off the special homepage rate
- Reservations made 60 days prior : 15% discount off the special homepage rate
· Long-Term Stay Promotions
- Reservations of 3 nights or longer: 10% discount off the special homepage rate
- Reservations of 5 nights or longer: 15% discount off the special homepage rate
